If you need any help using your Neo smartpen N2 the quickest way is to use our FAQ pages as most common answers are updated there.  If you are still stuck don't worry, help is at hand !    

 

General support issues/enquiries:

You can email us here at support@thesmartpenshop.com and we will come back to you.  We handle all support for products sourced from us. If you bought from elsewhere please refer to their support pages but if you get really stuck we can try and help you.

Warranty Claims:

In the unlikely event something catastrophic happens with your Neo smartpen N2 please email us at warranty@thesmartpenshop.com stating the issue and giving us contact details.
